1. boil ½ cup fresh milk
2. add 2 tbsp coffee when the milk is about to boil
3. mix well
4. reduce flame to low
5. add 1 tbsp cornflour
6. mix well again without lumps
7. turn off flame and let it cool well
8. when this has cooled well, blend well with ½ cup condensed milk and refrigerate for 30 minutes
9. take 1 cup frozen whipped cream
10. beat well
11. increase speed gradually
12. add ½ cup chilled fresh cream and beat again
13. sieve and add 3 tbsp cocoa powder
14. beat well
15. use spatula to fold in the sides
16. add the chilled milk
17. mix and well
18. add 3 tbsp chocochip and mix well
19. transfer to container and freeze for 8 hours
20. press down and level the icecream
21. cover with a butterpaper to prevent icing
22. after 8 hours, the icecream is ready to be served

This is a simple yet delicious recipe that can be prepared even by beginners.
