Ingredients:
1 Ltr – Sugarcane Juice
1/2 Glass Lassi
1/2 cup Rice
Roasted Peanuts
Almonds, chopped
Cardamom powder

Method of preparation:
Strain the sugarcane juice and add it into a vessel on the gas.
Keep stirring it till it comes to a boil.
Add lassi, stir well and take out the impurities that are formed on the top.
Add washed rice, cook it on low flame for 20-25 minutes until the rice is cooked.
Add peanuts, almonds, cardamom powder, mix well.
Our Roah Ki Kheer is ready to serve.
