Choora Fish– 500 grams
Grated Coconut – 1½ glass
Curry leaves – 3 – 4 stems
Kudumpulli – 3 piece
Sambar Onion – 20-25
Ginger – 2 inch
Garlic – 6 cloves.
Green Chilli – 3
Tomato – 1
Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
Coriander Powder – 2½ tbsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 1 tbsp
Chilli Powder – 1 tbsp
Fenugreek Powder – ½ tsp
Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Mustard Seed – ½ tsp
Fenugreek Seed 1 pinch
Salt to taste
Oil as needed
