Boiled Eggs – 6
Chopped Onion – 4
Chopped Tomato – 3
Cinnamon stick – small piece
Cardamom – 2
Cloves – 3
Cumin Seed – ½ tsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
Coriander Powder – 1½ tbsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder – ½ tbsp
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – ½ tsp
Kasuri Methi – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil as needed

For making paste
(Grated coconut – 4 tbsp, Cashew nut – 10 to 15,
Fennel Seed – 1 tsp) paste
