Ingredient
100-150 gm Potatoes
200 gm Purple Yam
150 gm Brinjal
100 gm sweet Potatoes
2 raw banana
250 gm Surti papadi
100 gm Tuver
7-8 garlic cloves + 4 tsp Red chilli Powder
1\2 tbs green chilli ginger paste
1 tsp turmeric Powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbs cumin coriander powder
salt to taste
1 tsp carom seeds
2 bay leaves
2 dry chilli
2 cinnamon sticks
1\2 cup green garlic
coriander leaves
