How To Make Kerala Mutta biscuit/Beans biscuit/coin biscuit/yellow biscuit,baby biscuit

Ingredients:
Maida / All purpose flour – ¾ cup
Baking powder – ½ tsp
Egg – 2
Sugar – 5 tbsp (Powdered)
Vanilla essence – ½ tsp
Butter – 2 tbsp (Melted)
Organic yellow food color (Optional)
Steps:
Mix baking powder with maida. Set aside.
Add sugar and egg to a bowl and mix well using a whisk.
Add vanilla essence and butter and mix well.
Add maida-baking powder mix to it in batches and mix well.
Add food color and mix well.
To shape the biscuits, use an icing bag or piping bag. You can also use a ziplock bag by making a small hole in the corner.
Since the nozzle of the piping bag which I am using is a bit large, I am using a piping tip also.
Transfer some batter to the bag.
Line a cookie tray with butter paper.
Squeeze out small drops of the batter in rows.
Bake at 250°F / 120°C in the center rack of a preheated oven for 22-24 minutes.
Let it cool completely before removing from the tray.
Enjoy the mutta biscuit.
