Spicy Aubergine

INGREDIENTS
Aubergine — 1
Rice Flour — 2 Tblsp
Tomato Sauce — 11/2 Tblsp
Oil — For Frying

Grind Together:
Red Chillies — 4
Cinnamon — 1 inch piece
Cloves — 2
Dhania — 1 Tsp
Pepper corns — little
Turmeric Powder — ½ Tsp
Ginger — ½ inch piece
Garlic — 3 Flakes
Small Onions — 10
Curry Leaves — 2 Springs
Salt — To Taste

METHOD
1. Slice Aubergine into thin slices and apply salt on both sides.
2. Grind Red Chillies, Dhania, Pepper, Cinnamon, Clove and Pepper to powder.
3. Add other ingredients and grind to a coarse paste.
4. Mix it with tomato sauce and apply on both sides of the aubergine.
5. Keep aside for an hour.
6. Sprinkle rice flour powder on the pieces and shallow fry with little oil on pan
