How To Make Chilli Paneer Gravy | मिर्च पनीर ग्रेवी Recipe In Hindi | Swaad Anusaar With Abhilasha

Ingredients:-

250 gms. Paneer
Oil for frying

For The Coating:-
2 tsp. Corn Starch
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
Salt
Water

For The Gravy:-
Oil
Chopped Onions
Chopped Garlic
Chopped Ginger (Julians if possible)
Green Chillies
Red Schezwan Chillies/Chilli Flakes
Diced Assorted Capsicum
Soy Sauce
Sugar
Salt
1 cup water
Corn Flour
Spring Onion
Celery
Vinegar (optional)

Method:-

Coated Paneer:-
Cut the paneer into big cubes and keep aside. In a bowl mix corn starch, Kashmiri red chilli powder, salt and water and creat a coating which is not too thick or thin. In a deep pan heat some oil, take the paneer cubes, coat them with the batter and fry them in the oil till golden brown.

Gravy:-
Take some oil in a pan and saute garlic, onion, ginger and green chillies in it. Now, take red schezwan chillies and grind them coarsely and add them to the pan. Add the assorted capsicum and saute for a while. Then add soy sauce, sugar, salt and water and mix it well. After that add corn flour-water paste. Once the gravy thickens add the fried paneer pieces to it followed by spring onions, celery and vinegar.
