  • This is bhanjan bhaji marathi style our karnataka style bhainghan yani badene bajji same procedure but we add imli.ka ras and little ghood very similar to punjabi baingan bhajji now coming to karnataka
    Vhanghi bharath we don't use round vanghi but straight blue coloured or green colored vanghi fry in oil till it fries well then masala dalchini little long kali patte hing sasir channa dhal little uvardhal and chilli powder little saar powder ground fried added to oil fried green long vanghi cut vertically seeds removed because vanghi seeds anti kidney then of course salt yo taste then mix in fried rice with little more oil or shuddh ghee that our karnataka
