1. Gram Dal 1 cup
2. Bottle gourd 150 gram
3. Jeera & Feenal seed 1 tsp each
4. Ginger & Garlic 1 tsp each
5. Onion ½-1
6. Tomato 2
7. Salt, Gram masala 1 tsp each
8. Red chili & Turmeric ½ tsp each
9. Ghee or oil
