Porri is a deep fried Indian bread made of wheat flour.Poori is commonly eaten during breakfast or at snack time or also taken as a light meal.Poori frequently in Northern India than Southern India.Poori is also served during special occasions or during festival.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour – 2 cup
Cooking oil – tsp 2
Water as needed( I used around 1/3 cup)
Cooking oil to deep fry (I uesd Refined oil)
POINT TO NOTE:
Addition of Ghee keeps the Poori Soft and gives a nice flavour.
