Amritsari Aloo Kulcha is a famous food of Punjab. It is a grilled stuffed indian bread which is cripsy, spicy and full of flavours. This is an authentic punjabi kulcha recipe which is a famous punjabi dhaba and street food. I am a big fan of Punjabi Veg food and I love to share an easy, authentic, no yeast hassle free recipe with you. Eat healthy, fresh, homemade food and stay fit and keep smiling.

Ingredients –
For dough –
2 cups wheat flour (genhu ka aata)
2 cups apf (maida)
1/2 Cup fresh curd
2 tbsp milk powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt or to taste
For Stuffing –
5 medium sized boiled potatoes
1 cup finely chopped onion
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint leaves
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander
2 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp crushed coriander seeds
1 tbsp dry pomegarnate seeds (sukha anar dana)
1 tsp dry mango powder (aamchur powder)
1 tsp roasted cumin powder (bhuna jeera powder)
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp carom seeds
1 tsp salt
Ghee and butter
