Hi amma I tried this today.. Got layers.. But it's little hard while eating.. I left the dough rest for 6-7 hrs.. Is that the problem.. Hope u reply..

Amma, small suggestion, add little sugar as fermenting agent along with salt. Make sure to keep the tough in rest atleast 3 times one hour each by adding oil.
