पकोडे – Pakoda Recipes in Hindi – How To Make Crispy Potato & Onion Fritters – Easy Snack Recipe

Pakoda / Pakora is a mouth watering Indian, tea time snack and is very quick and easy to make. Watch the video to know how.

Ingredients:

१ १/२ कप बेसन
चुटकी भर हल्दी
चुटकी भर हींग
नमक
सोडा बाइकार्ब
१ tbsp मकई का आटा
१/२ tsp लाल मिर्च
२ काटे हुए आलू भिगोकर रखे
२ काटे हुए प्याज़
चाट मसाला
धनिया पत्ता

Method:

– Mix well, gram flour, turmeric, asafoetida, salt, cornflour, red chilli powder and coriander leaves with water to make a smooth batter of pouring consistency.
– Heat oil in a frying pan.
– Dip the potatoes and onions in the batter & deep fry them on low flame.
– Fry till they are golden brown.
– Sprinkle some chaat masala & garnish it with coriander leaves
– Serve hot and enjoy.
