Kaju (cashews)
1 – green chilli
1 tsp – adrak (ginger)
1 pinch – hing (asafoetida)
10 – 12 – curry patta (curry leaves)
1 1/2 glass – water (for steaming)
1 pouch – eno
Chana dal Chutney :-
