Nargisi Kofta Recipe in Hindi – Restaurant Style Recipe – Swaad Anusaar With Seema

Nargisi Kofta is the most popular dish among the mughlai cuisine lovers.

Nargisi kofta is boiled eggs stuffed inside a crispy shell of kheema mixed with different spices. Do try this at home and share your experience with us.

Ingredients:
250 grams boiled chicken kheema
4 boiled potatoes
3 chopped green chillies
2 tbsp chopped ginger
2 tbsp chopped garlic
Salt
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp cumin powder
2 slices of brown bread soaked in water
finely chopped coriander
3-4 boiled eggs
2 eggs
2 cups bread crumbs

Method
In a bowl mix 250 grams of boiled chicken kheema, 4 boiled & mashed potatoes, 3 chopped green chillies, 2 tbsp chopped ginger, 2 tbsp chopped garlic, salt to taste, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp cumin powder and grind it into a fine paste.

Now add 2 slices of brown bread soaked in water, freshly chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

Prepare a patty with the kheema mixture, place a boiled egg on it and roll it for form a kofta.

Now dip it into the egg wash and roll it over the bread crumbs.

Deep fry them till golden brown and crisp. Repeat the procedure for the rest of the mixture.

Your famous and delicious Nargisi Koftas are ready to be served!
