i. Chicken 2 lb.
ii. Curd 3-4 tsp
iii. Gram flour 3-4 tsp
iv. Carom seed & cumin powder 1 tsp each
v. Lemon juice 1tsp
vi. Garlic & ginger 1 tsp each
vii. Salt, Red chili, Gram masala 1 tsp each
viii. Onion 1
ix. Tomato 2
x. Green/yellow/red pepper 1 cup
xi. Cilantro to garnish
xii Butter/Ghee/Oil 3-4 tsp
