Cooker Biscuit Recipe Without Oven/Easy Eggless Biscuit/कुकर बिस्कुट
Description :
Ingredients: (Makes 18 biscuits)
Maida / All purpose flour / Plain flour – 1 cup / 130g
Besan / Gram flour / Chickpea flour – 60g / ½ cup
Rava / Semolina – 2 tbsp / 30g (Unroasted)
Powdered sugar – ½ cup
Salt – 2 pinches
Baking powder – 2 pinch
Unsalted butter – ½ cup / 8 tbsp (Melted)
Milk – 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder – 1 pinch (Optional)
Ghee – ½ cup / 115g
Pistachios – To garnish
Steps:
Mix maida, besan, rava, sugar, salt and baking powder well.
Add melted butter and milk and make a smooth dough out of it.
Pinch a small portion and make a smooth ball by rubbing between your palms.
Slightly flatten the biscuit and set aside.
Repeat for the rest of the dough.
Press down a little in the center of it biscuit and top it with pistachios or nuts of your choice.
To bake the cake, heat a pressure cooker with 2 cups of salt. You can reuse this salt for 2-3 times.
Level the salt by gently shaking the cooker.
Place an inverted steel plate as a base on the salt.
Cover without the whistle and heat up the salt on high heat for 3-5 minutes.
Line a baking pan/steel plate with butter paper.
Arrange the biscuits on the prepared pan.
Place the baking pan on to the base and cook covered without the whistle on a medium flame for the large burner and on medium high for the small burner.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the bottom turns golden.
Transfer the pan from cooker and allow it to cool.
It will turn crispy on cooling.
Enjoy the cooker biscuits!
Notes:
– This can be baked in a preheated oven also at 350°F. Check after 10 minutes. Bake till the bottom becomes golden. Do not wait for the bottom to turn golden. It turns further crispy after cooling.

Good recipe. But I felt asleep seeing this video. You are extremely slow in showing this recipe. Adjusting the cooker itself u wasted so much time. Who has so much patience to see such lengthy videos. Try to arrange previously prior shooting.
