Ingredients

Oil
Fenugreek
Mustard Seeds
Asafoetida
Curry Leaves
Green Chilli
Gram Flour
Tomatoes
Ginger Garlic Paste
Salt
Red Chilli Powder
Turmeric Powder
Chowli
Drumstick
Beans
Potato
Onion
Carrots
Water
Coriander Powder
Sugar
Cumin Seeds Powder
Coriander Leaves

Method

– Heat oil in a cooker, add Fenugreek seeds, Mustard Seeds, Asafoetida, Curry Leaves, Green Chilli, Gram Flour and mix well.
– Add tomato puree in to the mixture.
– Add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, soaked chowli along with all the vegetables.
– Add required water and allow it to cook for one whistle.
– Once cooked, add coriander powder, sugar, cumin seed powder and coriander leaves.
– Authentic Sindhi Tomato Kadhi is ready to be served!
