Ingrediants…
1. Green Moong Dal -1cup
2. Onion -1
3. Dry Red chilli -5
4. Salt to taste
5. Hing / Asafoetida- pinch
6. Jeera /Cumin -1ts
7. Ajwain /Carom seeds -1/2ts
8. Garam masala powder-1/2ts
9. Ginger paste -1ts
10. Haldi /Turmeric -1/4ts
11. Water -1/4cup
12. Wheat Flour -3tb
13. Oil
Method…
Soak Moong dal In water for 3-4hr. then drain all the water..
Take mixer jar add soak Moong dal, Onion, Dry Red chilli, Salt to taste, Hing, Jeera, Ajwain, Garam Masala powder, Ginger paste, Haldi add Water and grind make fine paste…transfer the mixture into the bowl add wheat flour and mix it nicely…Heat a oil, keep flame in medium..Drop the pakodas and fry till they cook nicely golden brown and crispy… our Crispy & Light Pakora ready to eat , serve it Hot with green chutney or Tomato sauce…
