How To Make Pesaha Paal
Description :
Ingredients:
Roasted rice flour – 5 tbsp
Jaggery – 180g
Thick coconut milk – Milk of a big one
Thin coconut milk
Cumin seed powder – To taste
Cardamom powder – To taste
Salt – A pinch
Steps:
Mix rice flour and thin coconut milk in a pan and switch on the flame.
Add jaggery and stir continuously.
Once it starts to thicken, reduce the flame to low and add thick coconut milk, cardamom powder and cumin seed powder.
