►A vegetarian masala curry made with green peas cooked in ground masala paste and garnished with fresh coconut and coriander

Ingredients:
250 gms green peas
3 onions chopped
1 tomato chopped
2 Tbsp. grated coconut
fresh coriander for garnishing
salt to taste

For masala paste:
2 Tbsp. ghee (clarified butter)
½ cup grated coconut
1 onion sliced
3 garlic cloves
½” ginger
1 Tbsp. garam masala

For tempering:
¼ tsp. mustard seeds
¼ tsp. cumin seeds
3 garlic cloves crushed
5 curry leaves
3 Tbsp. oil
pinch of hing (asafoetida)
