Ingredients
300 gm vendaikai ( ladies finger)
4 tbsp fresh coriander seed
half tablespoon seeragam
10 to 15 garlic cloves
Small half Muri dry coconut or you can use fresh coconut also.
some curry leaves
6 tbsp fresh peanut
6 red chili…. if you want more spicy you can add some more chillies
small size of tamarind
salt for taste and 2 pinch of turmeric powder
cooking oil
stuffed vendakkai
sprinkle some salt on oil.
fry them on low flame for 4 minutes.
