Ingredients for Avial

Vegetables- 2 cups(i used carrots,beans,potato,drumsticks and raw banana.You can use veggies of your choice)
Cashewnuts-8 to 10 -optional
Green chillies-2
Tomato-half of i medium sized
Grated coconut-3/4 cup
Cumin seeds-1/2 tspn
Turmeric powder-1/2 tspn
Kashmiri red chilli powder-1/2 tspn
Thick curd-2 tspn
Curry leaves
Coconut OIl
Salt
