Ingredients:-
175 ml. lukewarm Milk
2 tbsp. Jaggery powder
1 tsp. Yeast
1½ Wheat flour
¼ tsp. Salt
½ cup Tutti-fruity
1½ tbsp. Oil

Method:-
1. In a bowl mix warm milk with jaggery powder, yeast and keep aside for 5 minutes.
2. In another bowl sieve wheat flour and salt together.
3. Add tutti fruity to this and coat it properly with the flour.
4. Now add the yeast mixture to this, mix well and knead with bare hands.
5. Cover the bowl with cling wrap and keep aside for 90 minutes.
6. Unwrap and add oil and mix well.
7. Sprinkle flour on the surface and knead the dough for 5 minutes as shown in the video.
8. Roll the dough as shown and tuck it into the baking tin.
9. Brush with milk and wrap with cling wrap and keep aside for 30 minutes.
10. Unwrap and brush again with milk.
11. Preheat the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
12. Cover the tin with an alumnium foil and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
13. Once out of the oven brush with melted butter and serve.
Tutti Fruity is ready to eat.
