Instant Pala Kova:
Ingredients:
Milk powder-300 grms
Milk-100ml
Ghee-20grms
Sugar powder(icing sugar)-150 grams
Process:
Take a pan add some ghee …let it heated up ….now add 100 ml of milk to it ….boil for a while and add 2 cup of milk powder and one cup of sugar powder.mix all the ingredients….keep on stirring until becomes to a thick paste and leaves the pan.
Keep stirring on a medium flame only.
Switch off the flame and let it cool down.
Grease your palms with ghee and take a small quantity of Kova dough and make round shape and then press under your palms.
Instant Kova will be finished within less time compared to milk kova.
