Please post more recipe videos such as narthangai/ narthellai podi called vepellai katti in Tamil. Also in AP/TN there is klaakkai – very high in Vit C like Amla – that is made into chutney/pickle. Hope you can show these too. Keep up the good work, gayatrigaru.
Thank you for this clip on home remedies – tulsi tea is also very good for colds. Other greens, like fresh very tender neem leaves that appear on trees in the spring, are made into a paste, swallowed as pellets in the morning. This is an antibiotic. Narthellai – leaves are good too, made into little balls. Narthangai – green knobbly native lemon cut in spirals, preserved with salt, sundried and kept in jars – till it gets cured and moist. This is very good for digestion, stomach upsets.
