Spicy Potato Nuggets are a great party starter and can be eaten as snack at any time of the day along with your favourite Italian dish. Filled with cheese, herbs and spices it will just melt in the mouth. potato nuggets are cheesy garlicy and spicy potato bites .A perfect tea time snack for all age groups and for kids it is a delicious treat as all kids like pstato snacks So I hope you all will like this recipe the dough is pretty similar to potato smiley recipe but nugget shape give them a different look !!

How to make Potato Nuggets :
To a mixing bowl add mashed boiled potato. Add 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs, garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons corn flour, 1 tablespoon grated cheese and mix. Put this mixture in the freezer for 1/2 hour. To a bowl add 2 tablespoons corn flour, 1/2 cup water and mix. To make nugget balls, spread oil on your palms and roll the prepared dough as shown and cut them so they are 1 inch long. Roll and smooth the edges and dip them corn flour mixture. Roll them again as shown in bread crumbs and smooth them again so bread crumbs stick to the rolls. Heat a pan and add oil for deeep fry. After the oil is sufficiently heated, fry the prepared nugget rolls. Fry till they become golden brown.
