Ingredients:
150 gms Groundnuts
15-16 Green Chillies
Salt to taste
Oil
Method:
– In a mixer grinder add groundnuts with their skin and grind it coarsely. Keep the groundnut powder aside.
– Then grind the green chillies coarsely and keep them aside.
– In a pan heat some oil.
– Add the coarsely ground green chillies and mix well. Saute till the water dries out.
– Then add groundnut powder and salt. Mix everything well.
– Mirchi Cha Thecha is ready.

काय काकू, ठेच्याचा नावावर काहीही खपवता का? मिरची आधी भाजून घ्यावी, त्याबरोबर किंवा नंतर लसूण भाजावा. दाण्याचे किंवा तिळाचे कूट हे ऐच्छिक आहे. पण लसणाशिवाय ठेचा होऊ शकत नाही. रंग कसा हिरवागार पाहिजे. असो.
