  • IS there any method of making it only with fermentation? I eat Khaman at selected places but even they have changed their ingredients now. Everything is adulterated I think their "eno salt"(rather their soda) is contaminated and since these are organic chemicals they cause mineral deficiencies. I got magnesium deficiency and I suspect Khaman Locho that I used to eat almost everydya. And had it at a new branch of a SKH and immediately Gas and after that I think all the problems started.
    Anyways..so I can't eat Khaman outside anymore just cant take the risk. I am looking for traditional way to make khaman. I am pretty sure it can be made like idli cause 100 years ago where was eno salts?
