Puran Poli is Maharashtrian delicacy prepared during Festivals. Puran Poli is specially prepared during Holi Festival. This sweet stuffed Poli is often served with Milk and Katachi Amti.

250 gm Jaggery
Wheat Flour
Fine Rice Flour(optional)
Cardamom and Nutmeg
