Success..Okra vendaikai deep fry i made exactly mixing all before 2 hours and freezed it to avoid jelly gummy messy and deep freid 10,10 wheels chakras of vendai and it was so nice and first time i burnt extra fried few pieces but overall excellent and just i have curd rice with this and made my lunch complete!!! (stll those messy part is making me loose my control..please find out something magic to get rid of those more simple way) Thank you..
will use paper towel and squeezeout that sticky-messy gell and tell you..
and in my engineering college hostel,they used to make dry vendaikai fry in vanali full of oil.. vanfaikai will be so crispy and look like 100 chakrams..round wheels..full dry crispy.How to make that vandaikai crispy fry??? tried this today and first time right,came really very nice..exactly followed and got good sambar.but vendaikai -how to remove that jelly-sticky-gummy gel portion..after wash also nothing improved.. (my wife left to india last month,so i will be trying one by one..next attack is murungai-drumstick sambar) be careful,told me..
