Butter Mushrooms – 100 gms
Onion- 2 big size
tomato – 3 medium size
Green capsicum – 1 small size
Turmeric ( haldi ) powder – 1 tablespoon
Kashmiri Mirch powder – 1 tablespoon
Garam Masala powder- 1 tablespoon
cashew nuts ( kaju) – 10-12
Butter – 2 teaspoons
Fresh cream- 2 tablespoons
Kasoori methi – handful
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tablespoons
cardamom ( elaichi ) -5-6
oil- 2 tablespoons
salt n sugar according to taste
