1 tbs sesame seeds
salt to taste
ghee or oil as requires

1 tbs Sesame seeds
salt to taste

1 tsp red chili POwder
2 tsp coriander cumin POwder
1 tsp carom seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 to 1.5 cups methi leaves
3-4 tbs coriander leaves
1-2 garlic paste
2 tbs curd
OIl or ghee to roast thepla
