Ingredients

soaked chhole ( chick peas ) – 300 g
Chopped onion – 2 medium size
Chopped tomato – 2 medium size
Chopped potato – 3 medium size
Turmeric ( haldi ) powder – 1 tablespoon
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tablespoon
coriander ( Dhania ) powder – 1 tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
cinnamon ( dalchini ) -2-3 sticks
cardamom ( elaichi ) – 3-4
cumin ( jeera ) seeds – 1 tablespoon
Green chili – 2-3
Garam masala powder – 1 tablespoon
chopped coriander ( dhania patta ) – handful
Ghee – 1 tablespoon
oil – 2 tablespoon
salt n sugar according to taste
