Ingredients:

4 tbsp Oil
1 Cup Coriander Seeds
1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
20 Cloves
20-25 Black Pepper
3 inches Cinnamon
1 tbsp Mustard Seeds
2 tbsp Dagad Phool
1/2 Cup Dry Coconut
15 Dry Red Chillies
1/2 tsp Hing
1 tbsp Sesame seeds
1/2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds

Method:

– In a flat bottom pan heat some oil.
– Add coriander seeds, cumin seeds & cloves. Stir everything well.
– Then add black pepper, cinnamon, mustard seeds, dagad phool, dry coconut, dry red chillies, hing, sesame seeds & fenugreek seeds. Saute everything well for some time.
– Let it cool down completely.
– Add the mixture in a mixer grinder and grind it to a smooth powder.
– Goda Masala is ready to be used.
