Today I am sharing with you Punjabi Style Aloo ki Kachori (Potato stuffed kachori)Their are a lot of recipes of Kachori but Aloo ki Kachori ery yummmy.You can serve aloo ki kachori with green chutney,Raita and Tea.

Ingredients:
Atta – 1 cup
Cooking oil – 2 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tea spoon
Potato boiled – 4
Green chilli chopped – 1
Onion chopped – 1
Ajwain – 1/2 tsp
Kasuri methi – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Corianders powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
