Ingredients

Gobi ( cauliflower ) – 400 gm
tomato puree – 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
Haldi ( turmeric ) powder – 1 tablespoon
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tablespoon
kitchen king masala – 1 tablespoon
dried red chilli – 3-4
cumin ( jeera ) seeds – 1 tablespoon
Milk ( dudh ) – 1 cup
dried kasoori methi – handful
Green chilli – 3-4
Dahi ( yogurt ) – 4 tablespoon
Hing ( Asafetida ) 1 teaspoon
Ghee – 1 teaspoon
oil- 2 tablespoon
salt n sugar according to taste
