Whipped cream is required for making cakes, pudding etc. Today we are making whipped cream using Amul fresh cream. Yes, you heard right. We won’t be using any heavy whipping cream for this recipe. Let’s do it and do not forget to drop a comment for me. You also can like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 250 ml Amul fresh cream
• 2 tsp Powdered Sugar
• 1~2 drops Vanilla essence

Method:
• Store the fresh cream in freeze for at least 3-4 hours or you can
store it in freezer for about an hour to set.
• Do not use fresh cream that is at room temperature. Use totally
chilled cream.
• Take the chilled cream into a bowl and drain out all the liquid part
in it.
• You can use this liquid portion for making tea, coffee or in any
dish that requires milk.
• Again put the bowl in freezer for about 10 minutes.
• Also put the blades of your hand blender in freeze for about 2
hours. The blades of blender should also be chilled.
• Take the bowl out and blend on low speed for 2 minutes.
• Add powdered sugar and vanilla essence.
• Blend again on high speed for about 4-5 minutes. The cream will
thicken up.
• Whipping cream is already.
• You can use this fresh cream in any cakes or pudding or in any
recipe that requires whipped cream
