How to clean sardines

This video shows you how to clean sardine.
First remove the fins, scales, and head as shown. Sprinkle some table salt and give a nice swirl to sardines. Wash using clean water. Using a sharp knife, give some slits on sardines. Cleaned sardines are ready to be turned into a Kerala style sardine curry.
