Chicken Thigh Qeema: 1.25 Kg, with all fat. (Skin Off)
Yellow Onion: 1.5 Cups Fine Chopped
Fine Chopped Ginger: 2 Tbsp
Fine Chopped Green Chili (Moti Wali): 2 Tbsp
Hara Dhaniya: 1 Bunch Fine chopped
Salt: 1 Tbsp
Red Chili Powder: ¾ Tbsp
Crushed pepper: 1 Tbsp
Zafrani Garam Masala: 1 Tbsp
Nutmeg (Jyfal ) Powder” ½ Tsp
Mace (Javetri) Powder: ½ Tsp
Orange food color: ¼ Tbsp

Very nice recipe. Just 2 Clarifications :- 1. You said not to wash. It's ok if keema is being made at home, where you can first wash the thighs and make keema. But if buying from butcher, can we not hang it in a potli and drain out Water, like hung curd ?? 2) Instead of finely chopped onions and Ginger , why not use their paste ?? Is it to prevent moisture of the paste ?? Thanks
Dear sir, I have been a subscriber for some time now of your channel. I just want to say that your recipes are thoroughly researched and shows your experience and love for our local foods. Your recipes are much better than other channels and you give detailed tips on how to make them.
Unfortunately, even though the quality of your recipes is extremely high, but the speed is too slow and I wish that more people would understand the level of understanding that you have of food. There two methods you can quickly gain subscribers, by making improvements in you videos.
1) speed up your videos through better editing and increasing speed of talking and changing format a little to speed up the ingredient list.
2) try to improve video production through better android camera/equipment/apps/lighting and sound settings. You can do all this on mobile apps.
Insha'Allah I hope that more people can reach your channel, as the level of research and experience is very high. I know this because I also used to be in the food industry and still am a food enthusiast.

Brother u need to speed up yr videos. U cannot spend half yr vid on yr introduction. Tighten it up u will get more subscribers. Plus when u start adding food colours that's just trying to make it look good is just cheating. food should have it's own natural cooked colouring making u want to eat it. I've subscribed but I jump in half way in yr vids.
