Ingredients for the Bagar Khichadi:
-Left over khichadi
– 6-10 Curry Leaves
– 1 Small Onion
– Crushed Ginger (1/2 inch) , Garlic (3-4 cloves), and Green Chillies (3)
– 2 Crushed Tomatoes
– 1 tsp Garam Masala
– 3-4 tbsp Oil
– 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
– 1 tsp Chilli Powder
– 2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
– 1 tsp Coriander Powder
– 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
– 2 tsp Dahi (Yogurt)
– Some Water
– 1/2 Cup finely chopped Coriander Leaves
