Karandi omelette/How to make Karandi Omelettee in tamil/கரண்டி ஆம்லெட்

Description :

Ingredients:
Chopped Onions
Chopped Green Chili
Chopped Curry leaves
Pepper powder
Salt
Egg – 2 nos
Oil

Method:
1. First, crack open an egg and add it to the large mixing bowl also add salt Whisk it quickly.
2. Add the chopped onions, green chillies and curry leaves.
3. Mix all the ingredients together.
4. Now, take a tempering spatula to make the karandi omelete.
5. Once the karandi is hot, add a little oil.
6. Pour the egg mixture into the karandi (spatula). Sprinkle some pepper powder
7. Keep it on a low flame and cook it.
8. Once it is cooked on one side, flip it gently to the other side.
9. Cook evenly on both sides and then remove it carefully from the karandi.
10. Our Karandi Omelette is ready ! Serve hot!
