Masala powder / மசாலாத்தூள்
முழுமல்லிவிதை / coriander seeds – 500 gm
மிளகாய்வத்தல் / dried red chilli- 125 gm or( 25 gm more depends upon your spice level )
சீரகம்/ cumin seeds – 100 gm
மஞ்சள் / turmeric- 100 gm
பெருஞ்சீரகம் / fennel seeds -25 gm
