How to make Apple Pancake in tamil/ Pan cake/ Apple pan cake/ Pan cake recipe in tamil

Ingredients

1) Wheat flour 250 gm
2) Egg 2
3) Milk 200 ml
4) Apple 1
5) Sugar to taste
6) salt and soda salt…..pinch
7) Backing powder 1/4 tsp
8) Butter 2tsp
9) vanilla essence 1/4 tsp

Take a clean bowl ..break the eggs ad sugar & butter mix them well, ad wheat flour and salt and soda and backing powder too..mix them well…now pour the milk and mix them well like dosa batter…if u want thick pan cake then reduce the milk level..finally ad Apple paste ( remove the apple seed the and see the video how I do)ad Vanilla essence…mix well
