Ingredients
4 tbsp cooking
one teaspoon mustard seed
one teaspoon cumin seed
1/2 teaspoon Fenugreek seed
some curry leaves
one big onion finely
4 red tomatoes finely chopped
salt for taste
fire green chilli
1 full table scan coriander powder
half tablespoon chili powder
quarter teaspoon cumin powder
quarter teaspoon turmeric powder
drumstick and brinjal
150 to 200 gram Tuvaram parppu….(cooked)
mango only two slice
half teaspoon
some salt
small piece of jaggery
some fresh coriander leaves.
enjoy with idli,dosa ,rice, chapati, and puri
