Ingredients
Wheat flour- 1 cup
Water- 1 and 1/4 cup
Onion -half of small
Coriander leaves- a few
Green chilly- 2 or 3
Grated coconut- 2.5 tbspn
Salt- to taste

Tomato- 2 medium
Onion- 2 ,medium
Kashmiri chilly powder- 3/4 tbspn
Salt- to taste
Urad dal- 1/2 teaspoon
Mustard seeds- 1/2 teaspoon
Curry leaves- few leaves
Coconut oil- as required
In a bowl,add wheat flour,chopped onion,coriander leaves and green chilly.
Add grated coconut,required sat and water .
Make a dosa like batter consistency and set it aside.
Heat a pan under medium flame.
Grease the pan if needed.
Pour 1 ladleful of batter and make dosa.
Flip it when one side is cooked well.
When both sides cooked ,remove it from the pan.

Heat oil in a Kadayi on medium flame.
Add onion and saute it to remove the raw smell.
Saute tomato for 2 minutes.
Saute chilly powder and add required salt .
Switch off the flame now.
When it is cool,grind it to a smooth paste without adding water.
Heat oil in a Kadayi.
Add urad dal,mustard seeds and let it crackles.
Add curry leaves and ground paste to this.
Saute for 2- 3 minutes on a low flame.
Switch off the flame now.
