Ingredient
Poha /Flattened Rice /Chivda 1Cup
Aloo /Potato 3Medium Size
Salt as par taste
Black Pepper 1/4ts
Red Chilli Flex 1/2ts
Oregano 1ts
Corn Flour 1/4Cup
Water 1Cup
Ghee /Clarified Butter 1ts
Method
Grind Poha in Mixer …Take Grated Potato , add Salt,Black Pepper,Red Chilli Flex,Oregano,Corn flour and add powder poha…mix it well…now add little little water…make semi soft mixture
In Pan add Ghee then shape mixture in Mini pizza shape in medium size put on pan…fry both side 2-2 min. put few drop of ghee on top of it….
Now add apply Tomato Sauce, then put lot of Mozarella Cheese,then few vegetable, like,Boiled corn,Capsicum,Onion,Cherry Tomato….the again put cheese….Now put flame on low…. close the Lid..When ur Cheese melt…then it is ready .
Out Tasty and Easy Poha Pizza is Ready to have in Breakfast.
