INGREDIENTS
• Goat blood – 200 gram
• Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
• Fennel seeds – 1 tsp
• Cinnamon stick – 1 no
• Cardamom – 3 nos
• Cloves – 5 nos
• Sesame oil – 4 tbsp
• Shallots – 1 cup
• Tomatoes – 2 nos
• Curry leaves
• Green chilies – 4 nos
• Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
• Coriander powder – 1 tbps
• Cumin powder – 1 tsp
• Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
• Red chili powder – 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Coconut milk – 1 cup
• Coriander leaves
Method
1. In a large kadai heat sesame oil add cumin seeds, fennel seeds, cloves, cardamom and cinnamon stick sauté well.
2. Add shallots and saute well till turns golden brown.
3. Add green chilies and curry leaves sauté it
4. Add tomatoes sauté well till turns mushy
5. Add spices (red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder turmeric powder) and also add salt sauté it till raw smell goes out.
6. Now add sliced goat blood cover and cook it 10 minutes on low flame.
7. Once blood cooked completely add thick coconut milk mix it well cover and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
8. Our spicy mutton blood curry is ready garnish with coriander leaves
