Onion – 1
Tomato / Tomato Puree – 1
Garlic – 6-7 Cloves
Ginger – 1/2 Inch Size
Green Chilli – 2
Whole Red Chilli – 2 (To give Tadka/Tempering)
Lemon – 1/2
Coriander Leaf – Chopped for Garnishing
Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
Chilli Powder – 1tsp
Sunflower Oil – 1 Table Spoon
Ghee – 1 Table Spoon (To give Tadka/Tempering)
Salt to Taste
